If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unworn, undamaged item(s) purchased on our online store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price. We do not accept returns from third party retailers.
Orders must be returned at customer's expense.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Package all items securely with a printed or written copy of the order confirmation.
- In order to expedite your return, please notate a reason for return if needed. For exchanges, please place a new order online.
- Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit

Once we receive your return package, we will confirm that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy (as specified below). We will process and issue your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return package.
In order to receive a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
Merchandise must be delivered within the last 30 days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, undamaged and cannot be customized.
Items need to be returned with original packaging including item tags, box if applicable and wrapping paper.
DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE:
Any items returned that fail quality inspection from Customer Service (scratched, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
We carefully package and inspect your order prior to shipment. However, in the case that you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please reach out to Customer Service at (407) 203-0766 within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist accordingly.
